We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our North American Customer Fulfillment team at Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, HR, and technology, to drive business outcomes and improve processes.
- Leadership and Development: Manage a direct report and contribute to the development and mentoring of finance professionals within the team.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field.
- Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools.
