Finance Manager, Canada Customer Fulfillment

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data analysis and strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing quantitative data to create meaningful reports that inform business decisions and drive cost reductions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing policies and programs to guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability.
- Managing the development of all weekly and monthly financial close, planning, forecasting, and reporting models, and communicating with operations partners.
- Working with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated, and timely.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
- 4+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
