Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Chevron Gas Station. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work on site and be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
