Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at OC OPEN CONNECTION LTD.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, teaching interest or professional development courses, and authorizing payments by cheque. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ordering merchandise, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise staff and assign sales workers to duties
- Teach interest or professional development courses
- Authorize payments by cheque
- Order merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Efficient interpersonal skills
- Reliability
- Team player
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a non-smoking environment with public transportation available. The work setting is a telephone soliciting establishment with a team of 3-4 people.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours:The Retail Store Supervisor will work 40 hours per week.
