Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support the company's objectives.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
