About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Canada West. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and managing a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive growth and revenue expansion.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results and deliver outstanding client experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
