Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and customer service professionals
- Drive business expansion by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Maintain a sense of urgency to achieve sales objectives and operational targets
- Promote teamwork and high performance within the branch

Qualifications:
