About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual business plans to drive growth and exceed targets
- Lead and motivate a team of insurance professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Identify and develop future leadership talent within the organization
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance brokerage or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Level 2 license and industry designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM)
- Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and communication abilities
