As a Branch Operations Leader, you will serve as a pivotal figure in the local community, inspiring and guiding your team to deliver exceptional client experiences while propelling the business forward through strategic initiatives. Your leadership will crystallize the branch's objectives, mission, and vision, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building.
Daily Responsibilities -
Business Growth:
Implement the annual business strategy to surpass targets and optimize growth opportunities, including acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones. Motivate your team to achieve excellence and ensure a remarkable client experience. Engage actively in business and industry networks to enhance the branch's visibility and reputation.Team Development:
Foster high employee engagement through effective recruitment, talent management, and career development. Commit to ongoing learning and professional growth. Create a positive workplace culture that attracts, retains, and inspires talent. Support team members in reaching their maximum performance potential. Identify and cultivate future leaders within the organization.Operational Management:
Oversee daily operational functions of the branch, including brand management and financial performance.What You Bring to Our Team -
Essential Skills

At least 5 years of experience in the insurance brokerage sector. Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role overseeing a department or branch. Level 2 insurance license. Relevant industry designations (e.g., CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM).Compensation Overview -
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $85,000.00 and $100,000.00, influenced by the candidate's skills, experience, and location, as well as the specific role's scope and responsibilities. HUB International offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid time off, and eligibility for bonuses and commissions for certain positions.
