Noble Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit Administrator Student Co-Op to join our team. As a Credit Administrator Student Co-Op, you will play a critical role in supporting our Credit team, branch network, and customers by accurately processing payments and facilitating customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain virtual terminal customer credit card payments
  • Facilitate internal and external requests for invoice, statement, and proof of delivery copies
  • Facilitate new customer credit application process
  • Answer and facilitate incoming calls from customers and branch teammates
  • Upload invoices in customers' online AP portal
  • Call customers for past due payment
  • Update Billtrust customer files as required
  • Update Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and Job Aids as required
  • Clear AR, Billing, and Credit mailboxes intermittently throughout the day and facilitate related requests

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service skills
  • Proven track record of strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to call clients with confidence
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to understand reconciliation
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • High degree of self-motivation and ambition

Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in a Business program or other such comparable field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
