Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to lead our team at a high-profile RCMP site in Surrey. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the exceptional standard of conduct, dress, and deportment of our team members, maintaining an impeccable level of service and professionalism, and liaising with clients to ensure their instructions are carried out as per written policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of security personnel to maintain a high level of service and professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Liaise with clients to ensure their instructions are carried out
  • Process fingerprinting for clearance applicants
  • Provide regular reports to head office and clients regarding KPIs and coverage
  • Provide accurate invoicing and billing to clients
  • Maintain up-to-date post orders and site safety, risk, and quality assurance assessments
  • Monitor and maintain all staff training and certification
  • Ensure compliance of all equipment per site requirements
  • Coordinate all new staff training
  • Team leadership and addressing staff performance issues
  • Act as point of contact in event of any emergencies
Requirements
  • BC Security License
  • RCMP Reliability clearance or ability to obtain one
  • OFA 1 Certificate
  • Class 5 BC Drivers Licence and clean drivers abstract
  • Proven supervisory experience of 3-5 years
