We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Securiforce Security Services Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a security-related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments in emergency situations.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in a variety of environments.
The Security Supervisor will work in a variety of locations, including offices, warehouses, and other commercial properties.
