Executive Vice President

As the Vice President - Trade, Broadcasting and Other Services at Ujia International Educational Consultant Inc, you will play a pivotal role in steering the organization towards achieving its strategic objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in overseeing various departments and ensuring the effective allocation of resources.
Educational Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and programs effectively.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments along with senior staff positions.
- Coordinate the activities of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs accordingly.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and oversee overall human resources planning.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- A strong team player who fosters collaboration.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership role.
- Mentorship programs pairing newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
- Diversity and cross-cultural training to foster an inclusive work environment.
- Mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for youth.
- Awareness training for employees to create a welcoming environment for youth.
