Overview:
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Vice President of Clinical Excellence is tasked with spearheading a transformative initiative focused on quality enhancement and patient safety. This role is pivotal in establishing a patient-centric and strategic framework for ongoing quality improvement across the organization.
The SVP will oversee a diverse portfolio, promoting a culture of quality and knowledge dissemination throughout the organization. This includes the development of a robust quality management system and aligning various operational systems to support these critical objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
The SVP will collaborate with regional leaders to ensure active clinical participation in the formulation and execution of a comprehensive quality strategy. This role also involves providing leadership to advisory committees focused on Patient Safety, Clinical Quality, and Accreditation. Additionally, the SVP will offer strategic insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team regarding integrated planning for clinical quality and safety.
