Food Preparation Coordinator

As a Food Service Supervisor at Urban Thai Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team. Your leadership will ensure that our food preparation and service meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
- Establish and manage work schedules for team members.
Oversee a team of 1 to 2 individuals.
Work EnvironmentThe role is set in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. You will engage in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with extended periods of standing.
