This position is set within a bustling restaurant atmosphere, where teamwork and coordination are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Train new employees on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Prepare budget forecasts and cost estimates.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Compile and submit operational reports.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
  • Oversee the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.

This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, involving a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You should be prepared for extended periods of standing and possess a keen attention to detail.
