Position Overview: Are you an experienced Production Manager or Supervisor with a proven track record of leading teams of 8 or more? If you are seeking to join a reputable and expanding organization where you can influence daily operations, ensure product excellence, and foster a safe working environment, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Our client, a well-established company, is in search of a Production Manager to oversee a diverse team of 12, which includes Purchasing, Shop Supervisors, Trades, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Shipping/Receiving, and Health & Safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 12 employees across various departments
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and workplace safety regulations

- Oversee production processes and optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role overseeing a team of 8 or more
- Experience in a small to midsize custom manufacturing or automation environment
- Post-secondary education in a technical, engineering, or relevant manufacturing field is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of tooling, machinery, quality assurance, and health & safety practices
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
