Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive the performance of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily sales operations and ensure the team is meeting sales targets.
  • Provide training and coaching to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar retail leadership role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
