Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Attendant to join our team at 2443447 Alberta Ltd. This role involves a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish various floor surfaces.
  • Furniture Maintenance: Dust and clean furniture to maintain a tidy appearance.
  • Upholstery Care: Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered items.
  • Bed Management: Make beds and change linens as required.
  • Supplies Management: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock the linen closet.
  • Sanitation Duties: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Specialized Cleaning: Disinfect operating rooms and other critical areas.
  • Elevator Maintenance: Clean and disinfect elevators regularly.
  • Waste Management: Collect debris and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry Services: Launder clothing and household linens, and mend as necessary.
  • General Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties throughout the facility.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain cleanliness.
Work Environment

This position involves repetitive tasks and requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
