About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at Choice Janitorial Service Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate Cleaning Schedules: Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned regularly and efficiently.
  • Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify any areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
  • Prepare Budgets: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that cleaning schedules and procedures are aligned with their needs.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are covered.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
