Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate Cleaning Schedules: Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned regularly and efficiently.
- Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify any areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
- Prepare Budgets: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that cleaning schedules and procedures are aligned with their needs.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are covered.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
