Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to lead our sales team at Nanaimo Home Furnishings. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience in a retail or wholesale environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

This is a full-time position working 35-40 hours per week in a retail environment.
