- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to secure group business and drive sales growth.

- Managing customer databases and developing contracts to ensure seamless sales and marketing efforts.
- Developing and managing the departmental budget to ensure sales meet or exceed established profit plans.
We are looking for a highly experienced Director of Sales with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a hotel sales environment. Key qualifications include:
- 2+ years of hotel sales experience with a strong understanding of Marriott sales processes and systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong initiative, perseverance, and leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English with excellent grammar and communication skills.
