Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the registration and check-out of guests, including processing customer payments and supporting team members as needed.
  • Train team members on systems, security, and cash handling procedures, as well as service standards and hotel policies.
  • Encourage teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments/outlets.
  • Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously, while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in a customer-facing and/or hospitality position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests, visitors, and team members in a professional manner.
  • Computer literacy in property operating systems, such as Opera and Maestro, as well as proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, as required by management and operations.
