Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase our presence in the pet food industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the pet food industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software
