About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Zanchin Automotive Group. As an integral part of our "we can do that" operation, this position is responsible for scheduling customer vehicle service and maintenance appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule vehicle service and maintenance appointments through inbound and outbound campaigns
  • Explain recommended and required vehicle maintenance to customers
  • Contact customers to confirm upcoming vehicle service and maintenance appointments, and/or reserve appointment for missed appointments
  • Act as the initial contact for customer concerns/complaints
About You

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service, including:

  • 1 to 2 years' proven experience in customer service and/or business development
  • Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail; organized and strategic
  • Ability to maintain professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
