Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Signature Service Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and distribute mail and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to telephone and electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Support the team by providing administrative assistance and contributing to a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
What We Offer
  • Permanent full-time position.
