About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing human resource activities across the employment lifecycle, including attraction, recruiting, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or Business, with a minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a multiple manufacturing or distribution center business unit environment.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with a strong understanding of HR data and metrics, and experience with HRIS systems such as Payworks, Workable, and Bamboo.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage human resource activities across the employment lifecycle.
  • Maintain knowledge of current developments in HR area of expertise.
  • Develop and deliver employee training programs.
  • Recommend and communicate organizational policy changes.
  • Advise others on legal and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Lead and support employee engagement activities.
  • Analyze data to inform personnel decisions.
  • Maintain personnel records and create operational budgets.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Employment Standards.
  • Strong understanding of HR data and metrics.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
