Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at UV International Traders Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and overseeing the classification and rating of occupations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget and Expenditure Management

Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.

Policies and Procedures

Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Occupation Classification

Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accurate and fair compensation.

Recruitment Strategies

Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Contract Management

Manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Communication Strategies

Oversee the development of communication strategies to maintain open and transparent communication with employees.

Reporting

Oversee the preparation of reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Senior Management Support

Advise senior management on HR-related matters to ensure informed decision-making.

Operational Management

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
