R&D Logistics Coordinator

To enhance the ELS team within the Business Units Cinema and Immersive Xperience, we are seeking an Engineering Logistic Support (ELS) Responsible. In this role, you will assist the R&D teams by managing logistics activities such as planning, procurement, and prototype production, while providing ongoing support throughout the product life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver essential logistics assistance to R&D teams to achieve development project objectives within the established timeline and budget.
  • Oversee the creation of new components and ensure accurate master data entries in SAP.
  • Guarantee that engineering materials and bills of materials are accurately created and maintained throughout the product life cycle.
  • Plan and procure necessary components to facilitate prototype and small series production for R&D initiatives.
  • Manage and track engineering modifications in SAP, adhering to configuration management processes.
  • Ensure that accurate and relevant data is available for prototype and small series production vendors, and monitor purchase order processing and vendor interactions.
  • Lead logistics project meetings to coordinate efforts effectively.
  • Provide logistics oversight for new projects until the product is released for manufacturing.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a (semi) technical field.
  • Strong administrative capabilities and excellent organizational skills, enabling you to maintain an overview while paying attention to detail.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a willingness to learn new software tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
