About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at D EXPRESS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Time Sheet Management: Ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets and payroll summaries.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain work records and logs to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Warehouse Organization: Organize warehouse and work areas to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Dispatch Coordination: Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations, ensuring timely and efficient response.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Keep track of shipments and ensure smooth delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
