About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at D EXPRESS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the logistics of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Planning: Develop specific plans to prioritize and manage the flow of supplies and materials.
  • Operational Coordination: Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.
  • Communication and Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Dispatch and Scheduling: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
  • Supply Chain Management: Keep track of shipments, process and transmit information, and coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
