Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at D EXPRESS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Time Sheet Management: Verify and ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets and payroll summaries.
  • Work Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs.
  • Warehouse Organization: Organize and maintain a clean and efficient warehouse and work areas.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Dispatch Coordination: Dispatch personnel as required to ensure timely and efficient operations.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Track and manage shipments, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and highway trucking regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to 7 months of experience in a similar role.
