About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at D EXPRESS. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries to maintain the highest level of precision and attention to detail.
  • Record Keeping and Organization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs to facilitate efficient operations and decision-making.
  • Warehouse and Work Area Management: Organize and maintain a safe and efficient warehouse and work area environment to support the smooth operation of our logistics operations.
  • General Office Duties: Perform a range of general office duties, including administrative tasks and support functions, to ensure the effective operation of our office.
  • Dispatch and Coordination: Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations, utilizing your knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Shipment Tracking and Management: Keep track of shipments and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Work Term and Language: This is a permanent position, and the primary language of work is English.
  • Work Hours: The typical work hours are 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
