As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping
* Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
* Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
* Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

* 5 years or more of experience in an administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
* Basic security clearance
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
