Job Description

Job Title: Counter Salesperson

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Guillevin International. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service area.

  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and make recommendations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous sales or customer service experience an asset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
