About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Big Bear. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Cash Register with accuracy and efficiency, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  • Process Payments and provide change to customers, ensuring a positive and secure transaction experience.
  • Assist Customers with finding products, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Restock Shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work Collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Meet Sales Targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Work Schedule may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train and develop skills on the job.
