Key Responsibilities- Finance and Fundraising: Develop and manage financial models, lead fundraising efforts, and manage cash flow models.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, and oversee the preparation and submission of applications to relevant programs and accelerators.
- Product Management: Collaborate with the CTO and development partners to manage product development, work closely with the product team to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements, and drive product strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
- Operations: Oversee day-to-day operational needs, implement and manage administrative processes, and work closely with external partners to support business operations.
- Investor Relations: Coordinate communication and reporting with investors, ensure transparency and trust, and assist in the preparation and execution of board meetings and investor updates.
- Leadership and Strategy: Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, lead cross-functional teams to execute on strategic initiatives, and drive business growth.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a startup or fast-paced environment, ideally with experience in multiple business functions.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and fundraising.
- Excellent product management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage business development initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of driving business growth and success.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
