Restaurant Operations Manager

The Royal Taste of India is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff performance, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess the efficiency of our daily operations and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and staff productivity.
- Monitor Staff Performance: Supervise and evaluate the performance of our staff, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to ensure seamless daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Set Staff Work Schedules: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate our staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly review staff performance and provide feedback to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary supplies to maintain our high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for our staff and customers.
- Leading/Instructing Individuals: Provide guidance and training to our staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
