Restaurant Operations Manager

The Royal Taste of India is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor Staff Performance: Supervise and monitor the performance of staff, providing feedback and coaching to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and scheduling staff.
- Supervise Staff: Supervise and lead a team of staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our business goals.
- Balance Cash and Complete Balance Sheets: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers receive excellent service.
- Provide Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
