Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our Laundry and Dry Cleaning operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating work, and establishing objectives for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- On-site work required
Working Conditions:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
