Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing guidance and responding to queries
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up sessions utilizing a digital scheduling system
- Review and prepare patient documentation to guarantee the precision of data
- Document physicians' directives for necessary medical procedures
- Aggregate statistical information using specialized software
- Execute clerical tasks such as managing office equipment and procuring supplies
Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary education and a Nursing Unit Clerk Program
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
