Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate care to patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained at all times.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, closely monitoring patients for any adverse effects.
  • Record and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and support treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and preventive care strategies.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a practical nursing program from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state LPN license and current CPR certification.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
