  • Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to the table games and slot operations at the site level, developing performance objectives and delivering performance evaluations for direct reports.
  • Uphold exceptional Guest Services at all times.
  • Assist in developing operations promotions.
  • Manage departmental budgets and labour utilization.
  • Review revenue and labour reports, making recommendations on opportunities for efficiencies.
  • Train team members.
  • Prepare and submit slots reports.
  • Manage team members' performance and attendance.
  • Inspect the gaming floor for repair, maintenance, and facilities reporting.
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with all appropriate operational departments.
  • Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, ownership, and team members.
  • Verify requests for fills, credits, and inventories.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
", "EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS": "
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in gaming management (either in slots, Cage, or Table Games).
  • High School Diploma; Post-Secondary education or a suitable combination of education and experience an asset.
  • Full availability to work full-time, with flexibility for scheduling.
  • Knowledge of all games and gaming industry standards.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills; problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office.
  • A willingness to learn, develop, and achieve new skills for personal and professional development.
  • The ability to successfully obtain or maintain a criminal record and credit check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB).
  • Proven leadership, managerial, and motivational skills.
  • Able to manage a large variety of projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • An understanding of the close working relationship with BCLC technical staff and a thorough knowledge of the BCLC Policy & Procedures as they apply to machine gaming.
  • A passion for providing Great Experiences and Memories to our internal and external guests in the continual quest of achieving service excellence.
