POSITION OVERVIEW

Under the guidance of the Director of Operations, the Casino Operations Manager is tasked with supervising the daily activities within the gaming environment while fostering a secure and inviting atmosphere for all staff members. This position requires effective leadership, the establishment of performance goals, training of personnel, budget management, and adherence to regulatory standards. The Gaming Operations Supervisor will also work in conjunction with various departments to improve guest satisfaction and uphold operational effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and guide table games and slot machine operations
  • Ensure outstanding Guest Services are consistently delivered
  • Assist in the creation of promotional activities
  • Manage financial resources and budgets effectively
  • Analyze reports and suggest improvements
  • Conduct training sessions for team members
  • Prepare and present operational reports
  • Monitor employee performance and attendance
  • Inspect gaming facilities and address any issues
  • Facilitate clear communication across departments
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Validate requests and ensure adherence to compliance
  • Execute additional assigned responsibilities as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of experience in gaming management
  • High School Diploma; additional post-secondary education is an advantage
  • Availability for full-time work with flexible hours
  • Familiarity with gaming industry regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Capability to obtain necessary background checks
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Competence in project management
  • Knowledge of gaming policies and procedures
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction
