Your efforts will help maintain a secure and inviting atmosphere for all team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests in a prompt, professional, and positive manner.
  • Ensure accurate management of inventory, assets, and cash floats.
  • Reconcile bingo paper inventory, prepare floats, and assist in session preparations.
  • Operate essential equipment and computerized systems efficiently.
  • Accurately calculate and record game payouts.
  • Maintain security and control of all areas within the gaming cage.
  • Process jackpot payments and maintain proper documentation.
  • Address guest inquiries and assist with sales and card verification while adhering to cash handling protocols.
  • Verify equipment functionality prior to game sessions.
  • Stay informed about session formats, promotions, and special offerings.
  • Ensure adequate supplies of necessary inventory and products.
  • Complete financial deposits, data entry, and session reports.
  • Provide exceptional service to enhance the overall gaming experience.
  • Foster a supportive and professional rapport with colleagues.
  • Adhere to licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of professional experience as a card dealer, specifically in Black Jack.
  • Minimum of 2 years of cash handling experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficient in computer operations and familiar with adding machines and currency counters.
  • Ability to obtain a Gaming Worker license.
  • Strong communication skills to exceed guest expectations.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and committed to providing outstanding service.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • SIR certification is required.
