Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain cleanliness and order in our facilities. This is a permanent position offering 30 to 35 hours of work per week.

Work Environment

The role is set in an urban area with staff accommodation available. Candidates should be willing to relocate and work in a hotel, motel, or resort setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Dust and maintain furniture and fixtures.
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, and upholstered items.
  • Make beds and change linens.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guest rooms.
  • Organize and stock the linen closet.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom areas.
  • Handle lost and found items appropriately.
  • Respond to guest requests for additional supplies.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Dispose of trash and debris in a timely manner.
  • Conduct light cleaning duties as needed.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Adhere to emergency and safety protocols.
  • Assist guests with special needs.
Physical Demands

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks. Candidates should be prepared for:
