Room Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain cleanliness and order in our facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.
Employment Details- Employment Type: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Working Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
- Staff accommodation available
- Located in an urban area
- Willingness to relocate is a plus
- Experience in hotel, motel, or resort settings is beneficial
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
- Dust and maintain furniture
- Vacuum carpets, area rugs, and upholstered items
- Make beds and change linens
- Distribute clean towels and toiletries
- Organize and stock linen closets
- Sanitize kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- Disinfect operating rooms and other designated areas
- Manage lost and found items
- Respond to guest requests for additional supplies
- Provide basic information about facilities
- Collect debris and empty waste containers
- Conduct light cleaning duties
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
- Inform guests about hotel services and amenities
- Adhere to emergency and safety protocols
- Assist guests with special needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of handling pressure and tight deadlines
- Perform repetitive tasks and manage heavy loads
- Physically demanding role requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Ability to stand for extended periods
