Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager, you will:
- Collaborate closely with Partners and Senior Managers to oversee and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
- Utilize your expertise in compliance to support practitioners working with Private Corporations across various sectors, including Finance and Manufacturing.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A professional designation focused on tax (CA, CMA, CGA, LLB).
- A minimum of five years of experience in Canadian Corporate Tax.
- Experience in supervising and developing a diverse team of professionals.
- Completion or a willingness to enroll in the CICA In-Depth Tax Program.
- A strong commitment to client service and teamwork.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional team management capabilities.
