**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Senior Living Operations Leader with strong operations leadership experience in hospitality. You will oversee the general management of our retirement residence, delivering a superior "More Living" experience to residents. As the Senior Living Operations Leader, you will lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Implement and maintain policies to uphold industry standards and regulations while achieving financial targets with maximum operational efficiency.
* Actively promote the residence within the local market, ensuring a multi-pronged approach that showcases the residence as the top choice in retirement living.
* Set and monitor targets for employee engagement, resident satisfaction, audits, occupancy rates, and net operating profit.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with regional teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies.
